Review of some possible decisions in autonomous energetic

    The most problem of nowadays is creating of autonomous energy supply system for dwelling and other objects. It’s necessary to understand the word “autonomous” in primordial meaning – “independent from supply from without. There are thousands settlements which have no centralized electric supply and they receive electric energy by using diesel and petrol electric power stations.

    The electric supply is not reliable and completely depends on fuel supply in the same settlements, requires high operation expanses for fuel, technical services and repair.     In traditional scheme of electric power supply high expenses on buying and operating the equipment reducing of sphere of using and preventing wide spread of local energy generation. Large subsidies are necessary for providing functioning of such systems to make them accessible for population. Russian state spends great sums of money on the aim of Nothern Regions supply every year, and these sums are spending not quite accurate.

Traditional electric heaters have a great shortcoming – large electric power consumption. Gas heaters – necessarily to be included into gas network, high fire and explosion danger.     Induction heater is a transformator with a secondary winding as heat transferring device (pipe). Bobbin’s core’s and heat exchanging device’s parameters are estimated to work for a long time without overheating. Durability of inductional heater depends on durability of wire bobbin isolation and is not less than 30 years 30 years. Developing of induction heating project to the final stage will bring the possibility to work without connection to any kind of external energy, that means in autonomous regime. We can divide this project conditionally to several stages:

    • Creating an effective and reliable water heater (reliable, noiseless, effective), Figure 1
    • Creating the device, which would give the possibility to reduce up to ten times electric power consumption (such devices are exiting in scientific sphere, but on commercial market they are absent), these achievements would increase economic characteristics of induction water heater and would make the device very advantageous for a consumer. From the ending of this stage the project will return all investments and become very advantageous.

    Improvement of induction water heater , increasing up its effectiveness to ten times….. , or improvement of autonomous fuelless generator of electric power (we know how we can do that) – from the finishing of this stage the induction water heater would have no competitors on the world market, have a look on working device on the site: http://www.prokotly.ru/a01.html.

    • Intermediate stage between stages 2 and 3 for the time of scientific and engineering works can be the project of change the motor fuel to water, or water with small amount of petrol.     We can reduce petrol or diesel fuel expenditure more then in two times & increase power of engine on 33 percents if we would use the device of fuel economy ECOTOP, magnetic spark-plug-gun, fuel activator, fuel-ionizator.
    Heat engine, which would use water as fuel can be used in the towns without any limitations & this will make electric power cheap & accessible in every place.

    State & perspective of the market

    Everybody can use induction water heater everywhere where is necessary to heat the water or other liquids:

    • in dwelling heating systems;
    • for local heating of mazut storages;
    • systems of railway tanks washing;
    • systems of (all kinds) of hot water providing.

                The examples of induction water heater usage:

    • Heating systems for individual and tenement houses (domestic energetic);
    • Industrial energetic: providing with hot water, heating systems of houses & other objects, mobile heating systems connecting to the diesel or petrol engines;
    • Food industry & forage preparing, antibacterial work up, heat providing systems of working machines, drying of food materials;
    • chemicals & oil chemicals: unloading of oil & mazut tanks;
    • Railway Department: washing & disinfection of carriages;
    • Another branches of industry: brought in of high temperature heat bringer liquids in the system of vulcanization of large tyres, heating of pressed construction materials, drying of wood.

    Induction water heater will occupy markets parts of other electric, gas, diesel water heaters as also water heaters on wood & coil.
    According to our estimates in the case of changing the local gas heat generator to the vortical heat generator, that have in times larger electrical consumption, the heat providing of two many-storied buildings with required heat powerness 0,352 Gkal/hour, & for hot providing 0,18 Gkal/hour. The heat providing by means of burning gas was in 5,5 times more extensive taking into account domestic Russian prices on gas!

    In comparison with large centralized heat providing systems the difference will increase up to 10-15 times in the favor of induction heating devices. It's evident that the main consumers of the induction heaters would be the owners of individual dwelling houses (cottages, townhouses, etc). The problem described is urgent for entire world, for example, the Crete, Greace, is providing by electric power by burning of Russian mazut. In spite that Crete is a health resort of world level!

    From the beginning of second (third or fourth) stage of scientific & engineering works induction water heater with the device of a reducing of required electric power would supplant gas heaters from European markets. If we are talking now about electric generators without fuel input we means solar batteries or wind generators. It's quite right but they have serious limitations in application — our suggestion has no such limitation!

    Those who will be able to carry out these problems and suggest really working and reliable, accessible and ecological clear heat and electric generators will receive the world market estimated in hundreds of billions of US dollars. Another urgent commercial aim except production of autonomous energetic systems is their exploiting, because the market of housing and communal services is the most profitable! Calculations that we carried out are concerning only Russian markets now. But suggesting autonomous energetic systems of heating and hot water providing are very actual for the market of European Union because of they are using imported energetic carries.
