Investment proposals for revision & organizing of producing devices for reducing of fuel expenditure in heat engines

Introduction

The existence of modern civilization without motor transport is unthinkable. However, while heat engines are quite imperfect in energetic & ecological senses some effective devices for reducing of fuel expenditure are patented, tested & experimentally producing by academician V. Dudishev & his design bureau. Jointly usage of such devices allows reducing fuel expenditure of every heat engine in the world in two times & makes lower toxic characteristics of exhaust gases in 10-20 times.

But the low base of mane countries made engine to reduce dirt of exhaust gases by reducing not large engine power. And now engine designers are compelled to reduce power of heat engine in order to make lower of dirt of exhaust gases. It’s clearly those high expensive modern neutralizators of toxic exhaust on going out of heat engine are the obstacles on the way of gases & it lead to great fuel expenditure that brings down engine power at least on 10-15 percents.

Such decision in favour of ecological demands of very low heat engines effectiveness says that the problem of heat engines improvement is not solved fundamentally.So, how perfect a heat engine is? You wouldn’t believe but real effectiveness of heat engines is lower than 20 percents!And where is entire 80 percents of fuel? We can answer: nearly 80 percents of fuel are burning in engine for nothing – for heating of engine, not quite fuel burning, exhaust gases, for overcoming of friction forces…
Why heat engines which are practiced on a large scale all over the world are so imperfect?

Ecological impasse

The problem of motor transport ecology is very urgent in Russia. The situation is simply terrible: in 235 Russian towns are living 64 millions of people (more then 1/3 of population) in condition of maximum possible concentration of unhealthy substances in the air.  According to the data of World Health Security Organization motor transport reduces time of living on the whole on 4 years, child deaths increase on 1 percent. On the whole living time in Moscow on 4-5 years is less then in province due to excessive quantity of toxic materials in car exhausts. 300-500 thousands of people are dying in Russia due to the air dirt every year.

The main reason for these deaths from heart diseases, oncological   diseases, diseases of breath organs are car’s exhausts. One more feature to this picture: the difference between middle time of living in the USA & Russia in 1965 was about three years. This difference increased to 15 years to 1995.The main reason of such situation is an awful atmosphere because motor transport exhausts. Namely cars are committers of such dirt.

According to the data of Health Department of Russian Federation motor transport produces up to 90 percents from the whole amount of exhausts to the air.It’s interesting to know that the whole plants exhausts are in 6.5 times less than motor transport exhausts. This way, we are the hostages of car progress - the amount of cars became bigger – we have no air to breath. Nearly nobody is thinking about it.

The ecological damage from car exhausts is overcoming 2 percents of the whole national product that is $5 billions every year. And every year economic losses in industry of car’s exhaust neutralizations is $8-10 billions.
As we can see, ecological damage is more than economical damage from burning fuel for nothing.
According to this situation, from year to year the demands on possible toxic exhausts become more & more severe.

How to go out from this situation
Very important is none understanding of fuel burning process: bad prepared fuel mix comes to burning chamber, bad mixing fuel with air, not quite activation, so, heat engine split out not quite burned fuel & makes the air dirty.
